Gray’s Auction Valuations

Receive an auction valuation for your valuables such as fine art, jewelry, gems, watches, antique rugs, gold & silver, fine antiques, and decorations.

Our experts at Gray’s have been valuing art and other precious artifacts for 30+ years.

If you want to find out what your item or items are worth, let us help.

This service is best suited for anyone who can physically bring their item into our auction house in Cleveland if we need to take a closer look in order to provide you with an accurate estimate.

Please Keep In Mind:

• Initial valuations are done online. However, you must be willing to bring your item to our auction house in Cleveland, Ohio, to get an accurate estimate.

• Due to the high volume of requests we receive for auction valuations, we expect to be able to reply to your request within two weeks.

• Auction estimates are subject to change when we see the objects in person.

• Initial auction estimates given are for guidance only.

• Please be advised that we are unable to value items not suitable for auction at Grays.

• We do not evaluate tools, kitchen utensils, electronics, toys, records/CDs/DVD etc. Take a look at our blog on valuing your own items to get a head start.

Here’s How It Works:

1. Fill out the form or download the app.

2. We will get in touch within 2-3 business days to request images and additional info as needed.

3. Keep in mind that if we need to take a closer look to provide you with an accurate valuation, we will ask you to bring the item into the auction house in Cleveland, Ohio. If you are not in the area, we will not be able to value your piece properly, should we need to see it in person.*

4. We will contact you within two weeks with the valuation of your item.

5. Once you receive your estimate, you will have the option to sell your item in one of our upcoming auctions. Learn about how selling at auction works here.

Upload Your Pictures via the App for Quicker Valuation

Simply download our app, quickly create an account, and request your auction valuation with the ability to upload images directly within the application.

All you have to do is download the app, snap some pictures of the items you’d like to have valued, and voilà!

We will reach out to you within 5-7 business days with a valuation of your item or a request for you to bring it into the auction house for further investigation.

What’s it Worth? Fridays

Fridays is an event held every Friday for members of the public to bring their treasured possessions to Gray’s for a complimentary verbal valuation by our experts. This is by appointment only.
